Every Flight to the Right piece is printed after you order it. That means no dusty warehouse piles, no “fast fashion” churn, and no cutting corners. It also means we can’t take items back just because you changed your mind—each one is made for you.

If we mess up, we’ll own it. Wrong item, wrong size tag, damaged in shipping—whatever the issue, we’ll fix it at our expense. Just email support@flighttotheright.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll send you a replacement or refund.

Because each item is made to order, we can’t swap sizes or colors after the fact. Double-check our sizing chart before you buy—it’s posted on every product page. If something shows up mislabeled, we’ll replace it or refund it.

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue. That’s it—simple and fair.
